1. Definitions
"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Salathai Spa, a spa and massage therapy business operating in Israel.
"Services" refers to all spa treatments, massage therapy services, wellness programs, and related offerings provided by Salathai Spa, as well as our website, online booking system, and digital platforms.
"Website" refers to salathai.co.il and all associated pages and subdomains.
"You," "your," or "Client" refers to any individual who accesses our Website, books an appointment, or uses any of our Services.
"Booking" refers to any appointment or reservation made through our online booking system (EasyBizy), by phone, or in person.
2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Israeli law
- All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete
- You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion, particularly where health or safety concerns exist.
3. Description of Services
Salathai Spa provides professional spa and massage therapy services, including but not limited to Thai massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, facial treatments, and other wellness services. The specific services available, their descriptions, durations, and pricing are listed on our Website and may be updated from time to time.
We make every effort to ensure that service descriptions and pricing on our Website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
4. Booking and Appointments
4.1 Making a Booking
Appointments may be booked through our online booking system (powered by EasyBizy), by telephone, or in person at our spa location. By making a Booking, you agree to the specific service, date, time, and price associated with that appointment.
4.2 Confirmation
Upon making a Booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your Booking and notify us promptly of any errors.
4.3 Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations must be communicated via phone, email, or through the online booking system. We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy with reasonable notice.
4.4 Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. The full service price will still apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to treat the appointment as a no-show.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices for our Services are listed on our Website and at our spa location in Israeli New Shekels (NIS), inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law requirements.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon
- We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at our location
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, any price change will not affect Bookings already confirmed at the time of the change
- Gift certificates and promotional vouchers are subject to their own terms and expiration dates
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Health Disclosure
Your health and safety are our top priority. Before receiving any treatment, you may be asked to complete a health questionnaire or provide relevant medical information. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or other health concerns that may affect the safety or suitability of your treatment.
6.2 Our Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment if, in the professional judgment of our therapists, continuing the service could pose a health or safety risk to you. In such cases, you will not be charged for the uncompleted portion of the service.
6.3 Treatment Results
Salathai Spa makes no guarantees regarding specific therapeutic outcomes or results from any treatment. Individual results may vary based on personal health, physical condition, and other factors. Our services are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
6.4 Client Conduct
We expect all clients to behave respectfully toward our staff and other clients. We reserve the right to terminate any session and ask a client to leave the premises in cases of inappropriate, threatening, or abusive behavior. The full service fee will apply in such circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, audio, video, and software, is the property of Salathai Spa or its licensors and is protected by Israeli and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our Website without our prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use (such as printing a page for reference) is permitted.
8. Website Use
When using our Website, you agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Website
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers or networks connected to the Website

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, Salathai Spa, its owners, employees, therapists, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or Website
- Any injury, harm, or adverse reaction resulting from a treatment where you failed to disclose relevant health information
- Any loss or damage to personal property brought to our premises, unless caused by our gross negligence
- Any interruption, delay, or failure of our Website or online booking system

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Salathai Spa for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Israeli law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salathai Spa, its owners, employees, therapists, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our Services, or your negligent or wrongful conduct.
12. Consumer Rights Under Israeli Law
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the following rights:
- Right to clear and accurate information about our services, including pricing and terms
- Right to cancel a distance transaction (online booking) within 14 days of booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 2 business days before the scheduled service, subject to applicable cancellation fees as permitted by law
- Right to receive services as described and advertised
- Right to file a complaint with the Israel Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Authority
These statutory rights cannot be waived or limited by any provision of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and mandatory Israeli consumer protection legislation, the statutory provisions shall prevail.
13. Gift Certificates and Promotions
Gift certificates, promotional offers, and discount codes are subject to the following conditions:
- Gift certificates are valid for the period stated on the certificate, and in any case no less than 5 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Israeli law
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific terms, expiration dates, and usage limitations as stated at the time of the offer
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time
14. Force Majeure
Salathai Spa shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, power outages, internet disruptions, or labor disputes. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected Bookings or provide alternative arrangements.
15. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our Website at salathai.co.il. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, and consent to the data practices described therein.
16. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Post the updated Terms on our Website with a revised "Last Updated" date
- Notify you through reasonable means if the changes significantly affect your rights or obligations
Your continued use of our Services or Website after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should discontinue use of our Services.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section shall prevent you from exercising your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, including filing complaints with the Israel Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Authority.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms provided at the time of booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and Salathai Spa regarding the use of our Services and Website. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether oral or written.
